Growth proposal · Key Motor Singapore · July 2026
Prepared before you hired us

4.9 stars. 115 reviews. And a Google search that sends your buyers somewhere else.

You have already done the hard part. 115 customers rated you 4.9 out of 5. But there is no website, your name and details change from platform to platform, and a buyer who searches for you lands on your other entity, or on registry pages carrying the wrong details. The demand you earn has nowhere to arrive.

We ran this audit before you asked us to. Everything in it is what any buyer can see today. Here is what we found, what it is costing you, and the system we would build to fix it.

We build the funnel. You see it work.

Act oneWhat we foundThe audit, at no charge and no obligation

01 · Where you stand

Four things you can fix today, and four you cannot

Checked live on 28 July 2026. We have separated what you can do on your phone this afternoon from what actually needs building, because a proposal that bills you for the easy half is not worth reading.

Fix these yourself, today, at no cost

Four things worth more than anything we will bill you for. Do them whether or not you hire us.

  • Put a working link in every bio. Until the website exists, that link is your WhatsApp, so a viewer can become a conversation instead of scrolling on.
  • Fix your Instagram display name. It is set in decorative Unicode, which search engines and screen readers cannot read as "Key Motor Singapore".
  • Consolidate the duplicate Facebook page. Your 593-follower page and a near-empty one are splitting the same brand.
  • Reply to your newest Google reviews. It is free, buyers read the replies, and it keeps the 4.9 alive.
These are the hard ones

Not because they take effort, but because they take a system, and they are where the money is.

  • This showroom barely shows up under its own name. The search results go to your other entity and to registry sites. Separating the two identities is entity work, not a settings change.
  • There is no website. Nothing for Google to rank, nowhere for a buyer to check a price, nowhere for any of your content to send people.
  • Nothing is measured. A video can take off and you cannot tell whether it produced a single enquiry, so you cannot repeat what worked.
  • The roadshows and the reviews are unconnected to any of it. Real money already spent, with no line back to a sale.

What you have built in sixteen months is not in question. 115 reviews at 4.9, a showroom, and roadshows at SingPost Centre and the Expo is more than most dealerships twice your age. The gap is not effort. It is that none of it is connected, and none of it is findable.

02 · What it is costing you

Four platforms, four different identities, and no way in

A buyer who finds you on one platform and checks another, which is what Singapore car buyers do before spending six figures, meets a different name, a different look and a different level of activity each time. Nothing tells them who you are, where you are, or how to take the next step.

This is what low credibility looks like from the outside, and it has nothing to do with the quality of your cars. Follower counts this small next to a 4.9-star rating make the rating look questionable, when it is the most real thing you own. One name, one address, one link, everywhere, with a website underneath it is how a buyer learns who you are, where you are, and that you are safe to spend S$200,000 with. And because none of today's activity is tagged or counted, there is not one lead you can trace back to any of it, which means you cannot know what is working.

03 · The urgent finding

You are barely showing up, because your other entity shows up first

This is a working recreation of the live Google results for "key motor singapore", matched to the real page. Tap any result to see what a buyer actually lands on. Then press the button and see where this showroom actually appears.

What this page is doing to you

  • Everything above the map belongs to your other entity. The number one result with six links, and a Facebook page with 4,800 followers, all pointing to Toa Payoh.
  • The map itself is anchored to their address. The location line reads "19 Lor 8 Toa Payoh, Key Motor Pte Ltd" before a buyer sees a single pin.
  • You appear exactly once, in third place. Below both of them, even though your 115 reviews are the most of any Key Motor on the page.
  • Your one appearance cannot take a click. There is no website on the listing, so the best-reviewed Key Motor in Singapore is also the only one a buyer cannot visit online.

The fix is not fighting your other entity. It is giving this showroom its own findable identity: a website of its own, a Google profile linked to it, and one consistent name and address everywhere.

Act twoWhat we would buildA lead system, not a set of posts

04 · The lead engine

One machine. Every door tagged, every lead traced.

Every link you publish, each video, each QR code, each referral card, carries its own tag that rides into the WhatsApp message. Two doors, deliberately. Cold traffic browses the site first and arrives already knowing the price, so fewer chats open with "how much ah?". Hot traffic such as a referral card or a booth QR skips the site entirely. Flip the switch and watch the dark card at the bottom: that is your See dashboard, and every captured lead drops into it. The same attention arrives either way, but only one of the two worlds can tell you where it came from. Under the machine sit the six services in the monthly fee. Tap one to see exactly which part of the machine it runs. Nothing is quoted separately or billed as an extra.

Every link carries its tag either way, so each enquiry arrives already labelled with the video, QR code or referral card that produced it.

Tap to isolate
Today: no website, no tags. Watch the cold channels evaporate before they convert, and the few enquiries that do arrive land with no idea what produced them. The source counter stays at zero.
Six services, one team, one monthly fee Tap a part to see it inside the machine

Illustrative. This shows how the system works, not live data. Tap a channel to isolate it. Channels marked hot bypass the website and open WhatsApp directly, with the tag already inside the message. The dashed door is paid media: the slot is built into the machine, and it switches on in a later phase, only when the organic engine is already converting.

05 · How the tag works

The enquiry tells you where it came from. No form required.

Singapore buyers convert on WhatsApp, not contact forms, so we do not build forms. The source code rides inside the message instead. Pick a channel and watch what arrives in your inbox.

Step 1 · the link you publish

Step 2 · the message that arrives

Why this beats asking

"How did you hear about us?" gets skipped, guessed, or misremembered. A tag cannot be. It means that at the end of the month you know the Noah skit produced eleven enquiries and the Expo roadshow produced three, so you can spend your time on the one that works.

Where each door lands

Referral cardWhatsAppTrust already passed person to person. They want a human, not a webpage.
"DM me" video CTAWhatsAppThe post promised a conversation. Sending them to a site breaks it.
Booth QR, "talk to us"WhatsAppThey have already chosen to speak to someone.
Windscreen QR on a carCar pageThey are looking at that car and want the price and instalment.
TikTok, Instagram, FacebookWebsiteCold. Nobody messages a stranger about a six-figure purchase as step one.
Google profileWebsiteAlso the disambiguation weapon. Google's own call button catches the hot ones.

Two QR codes at every roadshow, not one. The visitor who is avoiding a salesperson still converts later. Forcing them into a chat just loses them.

06 · Your website

You do not have a website. So we built you one to look at.

These are working concept screens, in your own logo, your gold and your Poppins typeface, so you can see exactly what we would build rather than imagine it. Every screen is pointed at one action: a WhatsApp conversation about a car the buyer has already priced. Tap the numbered dots to see why each element is there. The April 2026 Motorist study found itemised pricing makes buyers up to 3 times more likely to return to the same dealer.

What we add

  • Real stock with real prices, filterable by body type and PHV readiness, with a budget-first finder that starts from a monthly number and shows every car that fits
  • A car page that sells, with itemised drive-away pricing, warranty terms, honest condition notes and a WhatsApp button that follows the scroll
  • Your 4.9 stars and all 115 reviews on every page, the one number where you genuinely lead
  • A sell-your-car page, with no form: send three photos, your odometer and plate number, get an offer today
  • Your legal name, UEN and address on every page, with structured data, submitted to Google. This is the weapon that takes your brand name back
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, wired from day one and set up in your name. From the first week you can see what buyers searched, which cars they viewed and where they came from
  • No contact forms, no popups, no chat widget. Nothing that gets in the way

07 · The dashboard

The part most agencies never give you

Your own login. Every number in one place, on your phone, standing in the showroom. Below is a working mock of it, tap a source to filter the board.

What it counts by itself

Page views by source, WhatsApp clicks by source, and clicks per car. Automatic, from the tags.

You see which video sold the car.

The lead board

Logging a lead takes under ten seconds on a phone. Tap plus, pick the source, pick the car, done. Status moves from New to Replied to Viewing booked to Sold.

Walk-ins and phone calls get counted too.

The referral leaderboard

Every customer gets their own code on a referral card. The dashboard shows which codes produced leads and sales.

Reward money goes to the right people.

The link and QR builder

Pick a channel, name the campaign, and it produces the tagged link, the WhatsApp link and a downloadable QR code.

You mint new tags forever, without us.

What this cannot see, said upfront

A tag only travels if there is a link to click. Organic video in the TikTok feed has no link, and that is exactly where your breakout content lives. Walk-ins, phone calls and word of mouth are invisible to it too. Any agency that tells you a dashboard captures everything is selling you a number that is wrong.

So we do two things instead of pretending. The lead board carries a one-tap "how did you hear about us" that the salesman fills at deposit, which is the only reliable source for untagged leads. And we watch branded search volume, Google profile calls and direction requests as the proxy for video working, because a video that lands makes people search your name. Expect a meaningful untagged share, and expect us to report it rather than hide it.

What produced leads, what did not, what we change.

What we will need

  • Google Business Profile access, or help claiming it
  • A domain, registered in your company's name. We help you choose and set it up, you own it
  • One point of contact who can approve things quickly
  • Showroom access on shoot days, and photos as stock arrives
  • Your financing terms in writing, so the calculator is accurate

What stays yours

  • Your domain. Registered to you, and it never moves
  • Every video and photo we shoot. Yours outright, delivered in full resolution
  • All accounts and profiles. In your name, with your access
  • Your data. Leads and dashboard records export on request
If you leave, you leave with it

The site runs on our Vercel account so hosting and maintenance sit inside the retainer rather than on a separate bill. We are aware of the irony: this document's headline finding is that another company controls your online identity, so we are not going to quietly become that company.

Written into the agreement: on termination, for any reason, within thirty days we transfer the Vercel project to you or deliver a working repository and deployable build, export every lead and dashboard record as CSV, hand over the tagging scheme and routing table, and hand over all raw footage. Your domain, your accounts, your footage, your data, and the site itself.

09 · Fair questions

What you are probably thinking

We already have someone doing our socials.

Good, and we are not proposing to replace them so much as give them somewhere to send people. Right now your content can clearly land, your spikes prove that. The problem is that a view has nowhere to go. We build the destination, the tracking and the hero content, and we can direct whoever you already have rather than duplicating them.

How long until we see results?

Profile and listing fixes typically show up in local search within four to eight weeks. The website starts converting the day it is findable, because it catches demand that already exists. People are searching your name now and finding a competitor. Content compounds more slowly, so judge that at month three rather than month one. You will see all of it in the dashboard as it happens rather than waiting for a report.

Why not just spend more on sgCarMart?

Keep sgCarMart. It is where buyers start, and roughly 70% of used-car transactions touch it. But you rent that audience, you are compared on headline depreciation alone, and the platform owns the buyer. The website and the reviews are what convert someone who has already shortlisted you, without a per-lead fee, forever. Do both, own one.

What about paid ads?

Deliberately not in this scope. Ads pointed at a site that cannot take an enquiry, with no tracking behind it, waste money. Once the site is findable, the tags are running and we can see which content converts, paid becomes the obvious next step, and we will have the data to spend it well. We would rather earn that conversation than sell it now.

What if it does not work?

You will know before we do, because the dashboard is yours and it shows the bad months as clearly as the good ones. Your domain, your content and your accounts are all in your name. We would rather be judged on what the numbers say than on how the reporting is worded.

10 · The next step

You have already earned the reputation. Let us make it findable.

One hundred and fifteen people took the time to tell Singapore you are excellent. Right now that recommendation reaches almost nobody, and the people searching for you are landing on somebody else's website. That is a solvable problem, and it is the one we would start on first.
